“I’ve been using PG Print for a while, but my last order left me disappointed. The paper quality was subpar, and they did not follow my instructions. Strangely, both the high-quality and poor-quality paper options are priced the same, which makes little sense—especially when the lower-quality paper includes a coating.

I raised my concerns while placing a new order with the correct paper thickness. Their response was immediate—Vicky promptly offered a refund for the first order and ensured the second one was processed correctly.

While I appreciate their customer service, I would recommend that they streamline their options to avoid confusion and ensure each selection has a clear, unique price.”
